All Payments for the individual simulation tour are non-refundable. Medical exemptions can be made for serious injury or illness. Excluding Covid-19 the schedule allows for this measure.  All scheduled dates are subject to change due to government control and time will always be honoured when X Factor is permitted to be open.

Tour memberships and hour cards are non-refundable or transferable. In store credit may be provided if injury prevents you from completing the league and will be valid once medically cleared to play golf.
